For a long time I was waiting or looking for some sudden "divine" experience but it's only recently I have come to realise the change is "progressive". Many times throughout "my" days lately I am invited and reinvited to come into presence and acceptance whenever I slip back into the character, the persona. Lately it has felt a bit like being in a prison cell but suddenly remembering that the cell door is unlocked and even open or that the bars on the window have been cut: It is such a choiceless relief! I guess a part of me or something is still waiting for this state to become permanent but that oscillation between bondage and freedom will do...for now 😉

Namaste Lisa! Thank you for this wonderful program. I really like that you put emphasis on embracing the body and mind sensations, being aware of them, living through them, what some teachers and schools would call Presence. But you clearly explained that and I think it is very important. Many people blame non duality for feeling numb, which I totally disagree, it is as you've said at the beginning Mind mimicking the feeling of I am, so instead of empty looking, people get caught in the concept of I am. I love non duality and find nourishment widely, from Dzogchen to Abrahamic faiths. If you keep an open mind you can see that it is all about the empty looking and I am. I love your authenticity and naturality. Om Shanti! 🙏

Hi Lisa this is so incredibly helpful thank you! Can anyone help answer my question please... Is the 'empty looking' a sense of awareness of what is happening without thought? Can this also be with a sense of the body? I find I naturally gravitate to a sense of the body or the breath, is this okay? Can the sense of 'I am-ness' be felt here or is this also the illusiory self? (PS I am slowly getting to grips with non duality after a background in mindfulness practice which trained a coming back to the breath and the body) Most grateful for anyone who can shed light on this for me please 🙏🏻❤️
