Non Foundation Tesla Cybertruck Released To First Wave of Reservation Holders #tesla #cybertruck

Late at night on October 3rd, 2024 Tesla sent out their first wave of emails to reser vation holders to configure and take delivery of the Non Foundation Series Cybertruck starting at $79,990 for the all wheel drive and $99,990 for the Cyberbeast. his is a big step in the right direction for a vast majority of Cybertruck reservation holders because we can now buy the Cybertruck at a $20,000 discount. As of this video the $79,990 doesn't qualify for the $7,500 Federal Tax credit, BUT I assume that will change soon when Tesla files the proper paperwork to the Federal Government.

@AutoHeadz, you have a long way to go for a non foundation series. I assume you’ll get an email from Tesla end of 2025 or possibly first quarter of 2026. Just depends on the sales go for the Cybertruck.

Hey, would love to see what is all included with the non-Foundation Series Cyberbeast. Does it include the Cyber Wheels and white interior, etc.?

Nothing extra comes with the non-Foundation Series Cyberbeast. The same $3,500 to upgrade the wheels/tires... the same $2,000 for the white decor. You're paying the extra $20,000 for an extra motor and have a faster 0-60.

I thought for sure they would include the Cyber Wheels with the Cyberbeast but I guess not. $20K extra for a bit more speed and a third motor is a tad high....cool but not that cool for most people. At least you get a light bar and some other goodies over the AWD in the Foundation Series.

Just so you know, you get about $17K or so of extras with the Foundation Series when you add up all the options. It really isn't a bad deal if you want those options and want it now for $20K extra. Now the Cyberbeast on the other hand is a lot of extra money for three motors and more 0-60 speed. To say the $20K for just Foundation Series badging is not accurate at all. I'm considering getting a Foundation Series AWD as I won't qualify for the $7,500 tax credit anyway. If you qualify for the $7,500 tax credit it is pretty much a no brainer to get the non-Foundation Series at $79,990. Big delta otherwise.

I don't think a ton of the accessories will be used often (like the dividers and the sun shade). I use FSD all the time with my drives, but many don't for some reason. That was my reasoning for saying $20,000 for a badge. I know it is more, but I would rather spend $80,000 and buy the extras I want and save myself money.

I assume it is the Foundation Series... do you feel good about your purchase knowing that you can get it for $99,990? I know the Foundation Series comes with extra stuff and FSD and lifetime Premium Connectivity... Just trying to get your perspective on the matter. For me... I have a devil and a saint on each shoulder. The devil says to buy the Foundation Series and the saint is telling me to save the money and buy the $79,990 version and pay for the upgrades as I want them. lol.
