Hi, Thank you for your comment. You can bake samosas without egg wash and try brushing only oil once it's almost baked for that glaze. This might help. Also preheat the oven well before making samosas.
The recipe for the filling is great. The dough does not work at all. Sorry -- this is not working at all (maybe the all-purpose flour is not the right flower). I just threw the dough in the trash -- and ate the filling with nan.
Still it’s very less then oil fry samosa and when you fry something it create harmful chemicals in the food baking is a good idea use desi ghee or olive oil for baking it
