"Bro, you are not killing those guys unless you beat the guardians" *A Stand is manifastation of a person's soul, once the person dies, and the soul leaves his body, the stand will dissapear along.*
Btw they aren't called guardians they are called stand because they stand behind their user, they are the personification of the fighting Spirit of a person and they all have different and unique powers
The creatures protecting them are stands, A ghost-like creature only seen by other stand users. Stand shave a variety of different attacks. The most popular attack being the stand barrage, the attack that just does 1 million different punches. Every time somebody gets barraged for about 5 minutes, it’s pronounced as a beat down. The most popular unique stand ability’s is time stop, a attack used to freeze everything around you. And time erase, pretty hard to explain time erase so I recommend using a video. Not to mention Return To Zero, basically preventing any of the attacks I just explained and putting the enemy to a endless loop of death. What is unique about jojo is that it’s not like any other anime, There is never really a time where the main characters have a good break and there are always fighting 24/7. Forgot to mention, I am pretty sure your stand ability is almost like a hobby you do (please correct me if I’m wrong in replies). For example, if you like nature and shit, you would most likely get a stand like GE or GER. (Hopefully this helped!)
I wouldn't say Bruno (dude with the zippers) is top 3 strongest, but he's def in the top 5 most skilled or smartest, with prob one of the most resourceful and useful abilities
@@daveTHEdirty I wouldn't call Bruno the JoBro of part 5, as he played more the part of the mentor figure. Technically Giorno didn't really become friends with anybody in part 5 (the whole adventure takes one single week!), but the closest person to him probably was Mista. And yeah, Gyro is the S tier JoBro
Actually that guy you said that looks cold is the same guy. His name is Jotaro, the one that was fighting DIO was 17 years old. The one in white clothing is still Jotaro but he is 28 years old i think, he looks younger because the art style changed.
And it goes like Jonathan Joestar *Skip one generation Joseph Joestar *Skip one generation Jotaro Kujo *Skip one generation Joskue you see whats happening. They always skip a generation for each part/ season
@@The_Observer619 no Johnathan skip generation Joseph Skip generation Jotaro Go back 1 gen and get josephs son Josuke Go back to jotaro then move forward a gen to talk about his kid Jolyne -Reset the jojo world and start over with a new storyline in an alternative universe since previous story was over. Johnny Skip a gen and move to a guy with amnesia who might not even be a direct decendant we have no clue at the start.
Quality? Giorno vs Diavolo and Giorno vs Cioccolata are garbage. Ones just a "power up = win" and the other is just non sensical as a fight. They just have a single cool moment so people count the whole fight as cool
I think that, when a non-fan watches one of these "best fight compilations", they should get an extra-brief summary of the characters involved in each fight, their abilities, and eventually the context. Like, let's take the second fight: GIORNO (blonde dude): Can turn inanimate objects into plants or animals. SEX PISTOL 5 (golden tiny gremlin): Stand of one of Giorno's allies. Can kick bullets with high accuracy. CIOCCOLATA (green-haired dude): Can infect people with mold, the infected's body gets destroyed when they go to a lower altitude. He can also use the mold to separate his own body into parts.
Great reaction bro! thanks for uploading, I knew you’d like it. anyways those guardian things are actually astral projections, aka it’s their souls, any damage your soul takes you take, if you run out of energy so does your soul, and your power is based on what’s inside your heart as a person. also everyone names their powers after songs and music for some reason, Metallica, Notorious BIG, Green Day, Aerosmith, etc
More specifically, they’re called stands because they stand besides you when you want to beat up the villain of the episode (yes really that’s why) and they are the physical representation of your soul and/or fighting spirit. Only stand users can see other stands (except for when they can), only stands can harm other stands (except for when they can) and all damage done to the stand will reflect to the user (except for when it doesn’t).
Also not all of them are named after songs ( can be albums, bands and singers and the 1st gen stands only 2 were named after music) and not all of them.stand beside you.
“Are these like guardians for them?” A stand is a manifestation created by someones will and soul a stand, A Stand's powers are mostly determined by their mental strength, desires, and, in some cases, personality.
A lot of these, and especially the Kira fight, are even more impactful when you see the buildup and unedited versions of the fight, so I’d definitely recommend watching the series if you haven’t already
I hope chat explained what was happening, because even as someone whos seen all these fights, this was confusing. Supercuts are cool, but generally only show the action, whilst skipping over all of the dialogue, which for most other animes, is fine, but in Jojos, characters generally explain their tactics and WHY what just happened, happened. Skipping over dialogue leaves out all the important details that make what's happening on screen actually make sense
For clarity, those "Guardians" are called Stands. They're physical manifestations of one's spirit, completely at the control of the user, most times. If you get hurt, they get hurt. If they get hurt, you get hurt. Only other stand users can see stands, unless the stand is bound to an object. They have a wide variety of abilities, from stopping time, to opening zipper pocket dimensions, to making food that heals nearly anything.
27:12 That's Jotaro Kujo. Yes he's a Jojo. The teenage kid with a pompadour is Jotaro's uncle Josuke...the family tree of the Joestars gets a bit weird. The one right after this moment is when Jotaro was the main Jojo, for his part.
He actually got the hang of it pretty quickly. Basically if they are doing something weird like wearing space suits and whatnot its usually to survive a situation where an enemy has a specific power
Just here to answer your question, but be completely aware that they're full of spoilers. 1:03 The guy they're fighting can make zero gravity. That made the entire oxygen in the room drain out, so they're essentially in a vacuum/void, spending long without the astronaut suits (which were made by the ally's ability, using the last bit of air they had left) will make their veins and entire body burst. 1:33 They're called "Stands", they're the physical manifestation of your spirit and will. They all grant different abilities to the user, both the Stand and User are connected, so if the Stand is damaged, the user will be damaged as well, and viceversa. 24:08 He's what I consider one of the most capable fighters in Golden Wind (the name of this part of JoJo's). He has quick-thinking, he's agile, his Stand is actually stronger than the main character's at first, his ability is versatile as hell and he knows how to use it well. I like that he's not extremely broken, he just has the tools to get the job done and knows his strengths and weaknesses. 27:14 He actually IS another JoJo, he's Jotaro from Part 3:Stardust Crusaders, he appears 10 years later in Part 4:Diamond is Unbreakable (the part on-screen right now). He's on the Top 10 strongest Stand users, and has made a name for himself, even going as far as being called "The Invincible Jotaro Kujo" by one of his enemies. He's actually the guy you see RIGHT after this battle, but in this it's his own part, against the main villain and 10 years before the events of Part 4, which could be considered Jotaro in his "prime".
This guy would have an answer to all of his questions if he just read the subtitles. I dunno if he’s purposely not reading them to avoid spoilers or not which is kinda dumb if so since he’s watching the fights before the show, but still, kinda annoying to watch. You just kept calling the guardians even when the subtitles called them stands countless times.
These guardians are called stand and they are physical manifestations of a person's spirit They don't have to be humanoids they can be objects and even a mix between them If a stand is hurt the user is also hurt but only stands can hurt stands Some stands have abilities like time stop but sometimes it's controlling the bodies of dolls Stands have different stats for example a long range stand will be weaker than a close range one but may be more useful There is also hamon it's irrelevant it's the bubble throwing and the yellow lightning Barrage of punches is not a move it's literally a barrage of punches When the pink hair guy threw blood on his eyes he was in the erased time he couldn't react(don't ask nobody knows how time erase work he jusr could react) And pls watch it Also bruno bucciarati is not even to 15
If you think Bruno (zipper dude) is top 3 strongest, allow me to provide some context. Power levels aren't a thing at all in JJBA, an incredibly powerful stand may be easily beaten by a stand which other weaker stand users could defeat easily. But there are some which are simply beyond this and take exceptional efforts and luck to face off, such as: - A stand which can bring all fictional characters in existence into real life, worldwide - A stand that can accelerate time for the entire universe to such an extent that said universe ends and enters the next cycle. The previous form of this stand created a field of anti-gravity with its body as the centre, anti-gravity meaning not floating but gravity acts in the direction away from the user in a sphere - A stand which manipulates fate (specifically "calamity") in a manner so that anyone who "pursues" the stand or the user (in quotes because pursuit is vague in definition here, even thinking about the stand/user will activate it) will have the environment attack them in an unavoidable manner, and the environmental hazards are also more dangerous (e.g. it made falling raindrops act as if they had the force of bullets, caused an airplane 1000s of feet above to have a part of it break off and fall directly toward the target, etc.). Think Final Destination. - A stand which in its base form can travel between AUs and transfer itself to AU versions of the original stand user (pseudo-immortality), bring AU versions of enemies into the base universe which, when contacting the base universe counterpart will both annihilate each other. In upgraded form, it can hide inside a wall of light which redirects any "misfortune" somewhere else in the world, and can direct "misfortunes" to target the victim, e.g. it made a cut on someone's finger travel across their body toward their heart. - An automatic stand which attaches to a target, and whenever they exhale the air forms into the stand, a whirlwind that slices anything touching it to pieces. - A stand which can send out sticky hand/fingerprint all over an area which, if touched by someone, melts their body into a liquid like form, unable to move properly. - A stand which can basically create sound effects and store their properties in objects or 3D sound constructs which are directed to a target to apply said property, even being able to create "homunculi" to chase the target. For example, a sound construct consisting of the sounds "stab" or "cut" will stab or shred the target to death on contact. - A stand similar to Killer Queen (the pink cat stand in this video) which can place bombs on anything it touches but is more dangerous in several ways. Anything at all it touches will have time bomb "pins" placed in them, which cause an explosion when they are removed from the object, either after a certain time limit where they pop out or if brushed against by something else. It can place these bombs limitlessly, e.g. inserting a pin into every single bee of a colony, inserting pins into cigarette smoke that the user blows out, etc.
Oh and dont forget Soft and Wet which in its base form has bubbles which can steal eyesight, smell, sense of touch or just implode them if Soft and Wet feels like it and in upgraded form, the bubbles cannot be countered due to it being outside of the universe itself meaning that you cannot counter it at all as well has having spin properties.
PLEASE DON'T CALL THEM GUARDIAN. They are STANDS someones inner life energy. And the "Zipper Man" isn't even in Top 25 strongest Jojo Characters. And Joatro IS another Jojo. He is the one who stopped time and he is in Top 10 strongest Jojo characters
So, king crimson is a stand which can predict the future, his strongest move time erase, they cant do anything, like gojo's domain, so he can predict all their moves But Giorno's evolved stand: Golden Experience Requim (GER) for short. Broke his time erase, and countered him with an infinite himself aka diavolo. After giorno barraged him, diavolo dies INFINITLY which gave this anime a world record of the most deaths in anime Edit: the reason why vanilla ice burned cause of sun cause hes a vampire born from the evil and legendary DIO, and got killed by an 18 yo guy named jotaro
Stop it, just watch it fully already, you will like it and it’s worth it. You don’t even see the whole fight. Just cut of moment’s that doesn’t make any sense if you don’t know what happens.
Basically before there were "guardians" (stands) the only type of defense against the enemies, which back then in the 1 to 3 season were mainly vampires was hamon energy, (which was your life force energy type shit) and it would fuck them up, but a lot of shit starting happening and the main vampire (Dio) stole the main Joestars body (Joseph) from that generation and actually through the years of him hiding he discovered or more so created his stand and learned how to use it and made enemies out of regular humans off the street to fight the Joestars turning the humans usually into zombies or vampires with stands, and the reason the Joestars have stands is because of Dio developing his.
what is the point of watching this shit before you even watched jojo, like if you dont gonna watch jojo then that’s ok,but if you are bout to watch it,whe spoiling yourself the plot brooooo
One thing I hate about these supercuts is that you just get to see the action and not the smart stuff happening, Kira looks way to weak in this supercut, you can't see, qhy he is such a menace.
Its not guardian its called stands and the thing that broke of giornos stand is gold experience then evolved to gold experience requiem while using the requiem arrow and thats all i have to say
Holy shit they butchered the fuck out of the 19:46 fight. They start it and the beginning and then cut to the endish????? Rip this fight is in my top 5 it’s so good but they didn’t portray that
forgot to meantion ome stands can evolve into requiem vertions there are only 3 requiem sand i know of there is killer queen requiem golden experience requiem and silvrchariot requiem
They aren't guardians they are stands aka your spiritual manifestation and their abilities are from their stands also the abilities depend on what your personality is
This video is awesome and those things are called stands a physical manifestation of the soul only a stand user can use a stand and they are called stands because it looks like it is standing behind them when they get manifested
