You should check out the Grammys when they performed "Butter" It was a special unique and excellence performance. Jin had an operation on his finger so he's in it but not like he is here. You should definitely react to a Bangtan Guide to the 7 Members of BTS by Taylor (I dont remember the exact title). It is definitely a way longer video than your usual ones, but we ARMY love watching people just discover the boys and who they are. The video will give you an insight into each member separately and a lot of their backgrounds in music and just life. Love your videos as well, and I hope you keep putting out more content!

This is the second song in the English trio and Butter is so much fun! They also put out multiple videos/remixes for this song. There is a Hotter remix, a Cooler remix, a special performance, and a version where Meghan Thee Stallion sings a verse. The 3 J’s (Jungkook, J-Hope, and Jimin) even put out a one minute dance to the Meghan verse.

The fact that the majority of BTS's songs have rather serious, heavy themes makes happier songs like Butter all the more meaningful. When a band only does happy pop songs it's hard to trust the message but when a group like BTS, who has shared both their highs and their lows with us, releases a summer bop like this we can't help but be happy with them. 💜

Permission to Dance is another english song from them. The cool thing about it, besides cheering us after the pandemic, is the fact that they use internacional sign language on the choreo 💜

The thing about BTS is that I have favourites in all genres. I love the light vibes of Dynamite, Butter and Permission to Dance, I love the EDM of Save Me and Run, I love the power ballad sound of Epiphany and The Truth Untold, the heavy rap of Agust D, the jazzy sound of V’s solo stuff, the word play in RM’s lyrics, the rock vibes of MORE and the Latino sound of Filter and Airplane pt. 2 and so on. BTS have no bad songs, and that includes all their solos too. You are in for a treat reacting to them. 💜

The song that hooked me on BTS is Boy with luv, and Jimin won my heart with the first phrase in that song. 55 years young Army from Brazil

Fun fact: Jimin went viral with his rainbow cotton candy hair and his uniqiue voice and also used his image as thumbnail in articles talking about the huge success of Butter intrnationally. Also the animated character Boss Baby was Jimin inspired. 😊

I agree with what you said about each of them having their own individual flair but they have some of the hardest choreographies ever. You can see them better in dance practices. You can say at least two of the members are amongst the most qualified dancers in kpop. I highly recommend you to watch 'Run BTS' dance practice. Also loving your reactions...Excited for more

You definitely need to watch all BTS's FULL Asian award show performances from 2014 on!!!! They make American award shows look like kindergarten playground shows! Specifically the FULL 2016 MAMA Boy Meets Evil and 2016 MMA performances; the FULL 2018 MMA and AAA performances. Every year from 2014, their award show performances were spectacular, but keep in mind - different venues meant different stages, so that required DIFFERENCES IN THEIR CHOREOGRAPHY, however slight or major!!! They are pure musical geniuses in every way possible.

You should also watch the Grammy version of Butter. That one is absolutely incredible as well. You'll love it.

V (Kim Taehyung), whose voice you really like, has the biggest vocal range in the group. He’s a natural baritone but can sing tenor easily as well. He can also sing live really well. Check out the Tiny Desk episode of BTS and then V’s Layover album in his solo Tiny Desk episode. He has one of those voices that can also effortlessly change range to accommodate a duet partner as well. IU, who is a huge star, sang with him live on her show (I think it’s called The Palette) and she told him he has a voice that is great to sing with. V loves jazz and R&B and the classics like Sinatra. He has a lot of solo videos out there. He even did It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas in his baritone and it’s gorgeous

You need to watch Tge Astronaut by JIN who asked Chris Martin from Coldplay to write it! He also sang it live with Coldplay at there Argentina Concert it was brilliant !

I know I'm pretty late to the party but I think you would really enjoy their mv for butter hotter remix. It's just a fun video with them goofing around, not taking it too serious. And don't get distracted by the member in the front because there is so much chaos going on in the background! 😂

You may enjoy watching these songs being performed on the different stages for various shows (Colbert - Corden as well as Korean shows) you can’t really see the whole choreography in this MV. They are great at providing a consistent performance no matter the stage size or theme. That goes for all of their songs. Some won’t have an official MV but they still do performances (Home). Check out Dynamite with the dance break on MMA 2020. You should also watch the dance practices. The mic drop dance practice shows a dance break not in the MV as well.

Butter is when I came to know BTS so it has a special place in my heart for sure! Now, back again with my Dreamcatcher rec from another metalhead in her 30s! I'd recommend either Scream, Boca, Maison, Bon Voaye or Deja vu!

Butter is how I fell into BTS. I was a fan (still am to an extent) of Pentatonix and they did a mashup of Butter and Dynamite. I'd NEVER heard anything by BTS, but I often check out originals of PTX covers (where I often love the PTX a capella version better). I watched Butter BBMA version and I was CAPTIVATED. Since them, I've become completely immersed and ADORE BTS. I've become closed to obsessed, at least Army. I'm 56 by the way. I love them so much.

Great observation about their individual dance styles. At the beginning, they were very in sync, down to their eyes. Bang PD would check dance practices frame by frame. The main performance director of the company (he's been with them since the beginning) said a conscious choice was eventually made to stop being as rigid and to let their charms shine through (his word, not mine). I've loved seeing their evolution from mostly non dancers being very precise, to being much more comfortable and able to be themselves within the choreo. They still perform it the way it should be and perform it well, it's just not rigid like it used to be.

What i love about BTS' choreo is it's not just about big movements & production, not just extravagancr but most of their choreos tells a story. That's why we love their dance practice videos because we can see how the story unfolds, without the heavy editing or camera movements.

One of BTS's all English songs released during the pandemic, not particularly deep, but with all their class and professionalism. I think Permission to Dance is the other all English song. Jin has some wonderful solos, Awake, Moon, Epiphany, Abyss, and of course The Astronaut which he worked on with Coldplay before being the first to enlist in the army. He will be released in less than 2 months now.

Would love for you to react to any of the "Zero O Clock" videos by BTS. It's a different tone than the other a you've watched too.

They are The Biggest Globe Band on the planet, the only group/band able to compete with Globe solo artists in fact they are the only group in listed in the Top 10 Globe Artist List. It's due to many factors and one of them is their ability to make any genre their own. The fact they don't do the same thing over and over again but they continually add to their skill sets. They don't stop growing as artists they believe in Artist Development and have are signed to a label that believes in them and gives them complete creative freedom to do what they want to do. Who wanted real artists not just performers who would be told what to do and how to do it. They wanted artists who were involved in their music writing it, composing it, producing it with any help from the in house team they themselves wanted. All of them are musicians as well and they don't rest on their laurel but continue to push themselves and learn new things.

It seems like I prefer most of the “b-sides” vs the title tracks and official videos. My faves are : -Baepsae (Explanation, dance practice and live)There is no official MV. - Anpanman! All the lives of this one are amazing, too much fun. But the lyrics are too sweet. -Spine Breaker (they made up the video and did the filming on their own, it’s too good) -Ddaeng! (Explanation and live version of rapline AND live version of vocal line doing the rapline verses.

I love the variety of genres and types of songs that BTS has created! You have songs for every mood and circumstance. That is one of the reasons I enjoy their music so much. Usually I like the pop songs and the more chill songs, but I also like the harder hitting songs. It depends on upon my mood. 💜

No idea if you've already done it, but you should react to bts's dope. it's quite a different song from the other songs i've seen you react to, it's one of their earlier ones, but it's one of my favourites! you should also react seventeen's songs super, hot, hit, and rock with you. they're such a good group, and they're known as one of the best dance groups in kpop, but they're multitalented and have outstanding vocals. they're a very humble and hilarious group irl.

You must see Film Out... It's a song of BTS written by Jungkook in Japanese, beautiful song and all they voices... Unique

“Vibey” songs are great, but personally I am drawn to deeper lyrics. This one, again, wasn’t really meant to make you “think” or reflect, but it still has a basket of fun “Easter eggs” in both the lyrics (“have ARMY right behind us when we say so”) and the MV/choreography (the members spell out ARMY with their bodies while RM stands in front of the R and the M). Some of the numbers under their names are significant, for example, and there are nods to MJ & Usher in the song.

Judging from this reaction, I really recommend you check out Seventeen, I think you'd like their stuff a lot. To start I'd suggest you check out "Clap" or "God of Music", but they have a lot of bangers. While BTS can definitely do happy songs that you can just vibe to without having to think too much, those type of songs are Seventeen's specialty. They are my second favourite artist only after BTS, and I think you'd like a lot of their stuff. Would be really fun if you got to watch live performances as well, for both groups really, they're all amazing live.

Yes, I also love that we can get all kind of styles and moods from them, so good. Makes their concerts so versatile👍💜 If yo want to continue checking them out individually, I would recommend Tiny Desk with V, Still Life with RM, More with J Hope( or In the street, ft JCole) and Austronaut with Jin. Jin is coming back from the Army in a couple of months, so we will probably get more from him this year. He was the first one to enlist. And in the future they are all coming back and will reunite . I don't know if you have watched Save me yet, but it's a good song and the video is one-take-video. Their songs Blue & Grey and Louder than boms helped me through hard times. Well, all of their songs give hope 🙂. My favorites from their solo projects: Wild flower by RM, Slow dancing by V, Amigdala by Agust D ( Suga), Set me free by Jimin, More by J-hope, Astronaut by Jin (well, still only he has, but it's really good), Standing next to you by Jungkook. Taemin has done a collaboration stage performance with Jimin from BTS, Minho and V from BTS has done a tv series K drama together. 2ne1 their songs Go Away, I’m the best, Fire, Come back home just mentioned some songs, they were four members are right now not active as an group but dose solo activities. Super Junior their songs Superman, Opera, SPY, Bonamama just mentioned some songs, started with 13 members are now nine active members, one dose mainly solo activities right know and three has left the group for different reason. Have been active since 2005. Vixx their songs Voodoo Doll, On and On, Jekyll, Hyde, Chain Up just mentioned some songs, started with six members are now four, there has been some controversy around the two that has left. Have done collaborations performance with BTS. B.A.P their songs Warrior, One Shot, Power, Hurricane, just mentioned some songs where a six member group they are now longer active as an group. Block B their songs NalinA, HER, Very Good, Nillili Mambo, Jackpot, just mentioned some songs are a seven member group have done a collaboration stage with BTS on MAMA 2014. Just mentioned some of the groups I listen to.

What many new reactors don't realize is that BTS also made Butter Hotter remix & Butter Cooler remix. Both of them are funny, especially all the goofing around in the background, like Jimin falling backwards off a chair & JK doing a handstand. Both are amusing.

You've said more than once that you really like V's (Kim Taehyung's) voice, and I totally agree. He's got a husky, throaty quality that is so seductive, especially in his lower register. His solo album, Layover, has a cool, jazzy lounge feel that is totally distinctive and different from the other solos he's done on BTS albums or in OSTs (official soundtracks). You should watch the "Rainy Days" MV to get a sense of his artistic, offbeat personality. He wrote the song, and the character he plays (an artist/animator) in the video seems very V-like to me. It also features a dog who is a perfect double of his actual dog (and the love of his life) Yeontan. (He filmed the video in Spain, and couldn't bring Tannie with him because of pet importation rules, so they had to get a stand-in). Alternately, you could watch his "Tiny Desk Korea" set, with a live jazz band. They're all such talented musicians, and he looks so cozy playing with them. Enjoy!
