NON K-POP FAN REACTS TO NewJeans (뉴진스) 'How Sweet' Official MV for the First Time! 

I like OMG, "Hurt," "Gods," and "Zero." Gods was made for the opening ceremony of a video games championship. I'm not a gamer, but that opening ceremony was amazing! Zero is another promotional one done for Coca-Cola (but the reference to Coke is much heavier in Zero because the song was made for Coke, but the song is fire). You'll quickly see that NewJeans is unique in that every song is good. They really don't have any misses. You need to watch Ditto A, Ditto B, and OMG together, but probably an explainer video after the two versions of the Ditto videos. "Get up" is only a partial song, but it's amazing. Everyone thinks they need to extend it into a full song.

'Cool with you' and 'new jeans' are my faves.... be aware though that cool with you has 2 parts side a and side b and both have to watched for the full story... newjeans are VERY different to other kpop acts.. they use 90s UK and US clubland sounds that give them a much more 'mature' sound to the majority of kpop which is usually either 'cutesy' (like illit magnetic.... cutesy to the point that the bae bae bae bae dash dash thing is super annoying to me) or hyper aggressive trap rap with corny 'badabing badaboom chitty bang bang bang' adlibs... this song btw is 'miami bass' a 90s clubland sound of hip hop/rnb at the time... you may have heard ghost town dj's - my boo.. probably the most famous miami bass tune.. this gives vibes of that to me. their first ep was 90s rnb ... everything else from that point has been more 'clubby' .. using UK Garage, Miami Bass, Jersey Club and drum and bass and fusing them together.
