Actually, that's not what Luffy said in this episode ... Of course Luffy wants to be pirate king but he said something else about his dream, that's exactly what Luffy said in episode 497 ... Oda got you there 😅
@@rahulgamer4574 if you’re not a manga reader: we don’t know luffys true dream yet. The rest of the crew don’t know either but in the manga they find out when they leave wano but we still don’t know. It’s spelled out more clearly that luffy has a true dream other than being king of the pirates for people who could’nt put 2 and 2 together.
Luffy's dream of becoming a Pirate King is already known since episode 1 so it doesn't make sense why Oda had to censored it in that scene. Spoiler Alert: Luffy actually has another dream (we can say it's actually his true goal) which can only be achieve after he become the pirate king which still is unknown.
@@lolslim690 everytime Luffy talks about his other dream it's always censored. We only see Ace's, Sabo's and the Strawhats' reaction when they heard it. Some laugh and the others are shocked. I don't know if you're caught up in the manga but there is a particular scene where luffy revealed it to the crew. We will see it in the end of wano arc.
What I like to point out, you notice how colors on oden, ace, whitebeard are dull/washed out, and sabo is bright and colorful? This washed out colors signify their passing, while the bright colors signifies that they are still alive. edit; btw king of the pirates wasn't a thing back in rogers time. That was given to him from World Economic news KOTP wasn't a thing prior roger wasn't chasing to become KOTP, he conquered the grand line, World Economics called him that, and the rest is history. Luffy's move, red roc, ROC is actually an enormous bird prey from iddle eastern mythology, its so big that it can pick up an elephant with its feet and fly away, hence why luffy fist is enormously huge when he used red roc.
Bro, this episode is directed by One of the greatest anime director "Megumi Ishitani, mam" just watch episode carefully the art style, transitions and animation the way she directed is awesome.
Of course Luffy sounds different compared to episode 1. The recording equipment is far more advanced after over 20 years and the voice actress got older as well^^ Also Luffy grew a lot as a character. He is 2 years older compared to episode 1 and he has been through a lot (I mean that's why it's over 1000 episodes^^). This Luffy is still in his core the same person but he is also not the same guy he was when he started his journey 😊
That's not what luffy and Roger said and we still don't know I know it's complicated but oda still didn't revealed luffys dream only bros knew and now In Manga he's crew know
megumi ishitani as a director she's good that toei gives her special treatmeant that they're scheduling episodes in advance than any other episodes from op directed by others
The words they've said are not about being king of pirates It's somethings Luffy going to do after being king of pirates (somethings no one of one piece fans know about)
What the hell ?. How u understand this if u don't know anyone except luffy. This episode was kind of a filler. But the details are left onlyfor the fans. These characters shown are iconic including luffy u don't understand. So try from the beginning then only y'll enjoy it
Hi,roaroaroara, there are many spoilers you dont member 😂😂😂, so funny, thx. I stay at 1071.dont make your BF sad,but i think most you can look Multiple at OP. Greetings
@@rahulgamer4574 It's real dream is not to be pirate king, we know he wants to be pirate king since chapter 1. That would have no meaning to censor it now, Luffy has another dream which is at the moment a mistery
@@rahulgamer4574 Yeah maybe, recently in the manga (after wano) luffy tells his real dream to the crew but it's again censored by the author so I don't think we will know what it is for the moment :) .
Luffy's power isn't a direct power. It's a technique.^^ It's never directly said how though, but it can be inferred that he uses friction or something to ignite his hand after having hardened it.
Yama'o goes by he/him pronouns in this anime, in the subtitles. Take this information however you might ! Vivre-thumpers/Chapter cover-bumpers do not reply
Yamato goes by Oden thats all. She doenst identify as a male but rather as Oden who happends to be a male. She never said, im a man or want to be a man, o-kiku said that not yamato. Oda confirmed its a biological female and not transgender. Also the subs change depending of the language the dude that makes the english subs makes it male prononus while the words they are speaking in japonese are neutral and dont have any gender. Its a clear basied opinion from the person that makes the subs.
@@tomasguilherme263some things you got wrong here, yamato has said “i will become a man.” Nobody says that yamato wasn’t born female as we all know that. you’re right on the pronouns but that’s only sometimes, kaido uses he/him pronouns when talking about yamato and everyone thought it was kaidos son until the reveal. At least to me yamatos gender seems to be male but if u don’t wanna go with that then yamato is just a woman that goes by male pronouns
@@donta6133 he/him things is in the beginning just to hide the true identity of yamato and do a little twist, no one thought kaido son would actually be a woman. Also she says that because she wants to be Oden. As i said im fine with that, but her pronouns are cleary not he/him but rather Oden. Also kaido calls her son because he always wanted a son, also he wants her to be the Xogum of wano and the Xogum can only be a man. So that kinda explains it self.
