I do love that there's more non open floorplans coming back. Open floor plan is not for everyone.

I know I've said this before; that you found the perfect home for me, BUT, this one is TRULY, TRULY the most PERFECT home for me! First of all, LOVE THE FOYER AND SEPERATED LIVING ROOM! Only changes I would make; carpeted bedrooms and living room; eliminate the main bath transom, dont like them on the front facade; I would center over the island one of the chandeliers, and center the 2nd one over the dining room table. On the outside I would want the window trim on all elevations. Happy Belated Father's Day Nate! Finally a living room with walls for furniture placement. A kitchen with drawers but a definite lack of overhead cabinets for dishes and glassware. Get rid of the wire racks and no nuke. Needs gas power,(stove, furnace, water heater). It did have floor vents for cold climate winters. I like the transom window in the guest bath. Freezer space in the utility room, nice.Master shower needs niches for soap and shampoo and a seat. Otherwise a very practical size and doable floor plan. Very nice. No wasted space.

Hello Nate! I love this place! I love it that it is NOT Wide Open! (1) We'd add a Gas Fireplace in the Living Room. I might put an actual door in both doorways as I like the idea of being able to shut them if needed, but it's not really a problem with just open doorways. (2) In the Kitchen, I don't like the sink being in the Island, but there's nowhere else to put it so I'd live with it. Love the Pantry! Sometimes I like the idea of a dishwasher , but other times I think it's wasted space where an extra cabinet or drawers would be better, so I'm torn about that feature. In the Dining Room there appears to be room for Grandma's China Cabinet, which is a must for me and a deal breaker if there isn't a place. So that's all good! (3) Of course we'd build a Garage outside that side door with a Storage unit in it and a place for a Pet Shower and a Freezer (I don't think there's room for one in the utility room). (4) Except for no room for a freezer, the Utility Room is perfect. The Water Heater and Furnace are both in there as they should be. I believe I saw the electrical panel too. And there's a sink and countertop and cabinet. (5) The guest bedrooms would be turned into my Library Room and my Music/Studio, enclosed, and Office Rooms. The smaller bedroom is just a little too small, but it is usable. The Guess Bathroom looks great! (6) The Master Suite is pretty nice too. I love the Master Closet being in the bedroom. In the Master Bathroom I would have to exchange the shown tub for a Handicapped Tub. There looks to be enough room around the Commode for me to be comfortable sitting on it this time, and it is Not enclosed, which I very much like, but it IS separate. I like the Tile Shower too, except it doesn't have a bench, but I do have a shower chair now, so that's okay. A lot of what I wrote is saying I like the things in this house, but there are some changes as always with me. Nate that was a pretty good surprise gift from your son, especially as he made it. I think gifts from children that are made for you are the best gifts you can get - doesn't matter if it's perfect or not either! My Grandma kept stuff made for her by her children and her grandchildren. When she passed on we each got our things back if we wanted them. One of my Aunts wanted the sewing pouch I made when I was in 9th grade, (I think), that Grandma used pretty often.. I got it back when my Aunt passed, and she used it Every day. It really wasn't that pretty to look at, but it had several pockets on it so it was very handy and usable. My Mom kept things from our school years and church crafts too. Hand prints was a popular thing to make when I was young. I'm glad you were proud enough about his gift to share it with us - some parents are not you know. Sounds like you had a pretty nice Father's Day though. Anyway, Nate, good video and very nice house. The price is just a tad high if you ask me, but I think that prices are going down again. Thank you for sharing. So glad to finally see a non open floor plan. Don't care for the tile in the kitchen. Need wall cabinets in the kitchen for dishes and glassware.

Really like this home. Love the separation of the rooms. I don't really care for the open concept houses. Love the flooring. I would probably like the door to the master closet to open on the inside wall instead of the entry to the bedroom. In the master bath, I would like a built-in tub with an edge around it. The shower is great looking, but it would have to have a seat. OR, skip the tub and make the shower bigger by moving the toilet to where the tub would have been. Of course, I don't care for the sink in the island, but that's just my preference.

I really like this two things I'd like to add would be a removable shower head in the master bathroom and sliding barn doors in the hallway to shut off the living room. Lovely card from raiden 😊

This home is wonderful. If I had small kids instead of a brother I would so be into this. That ceiling in the master, the higher quality flooring, the separation, that shower door. Nice! And I went fishing and it was still in the 90s until dark.

I like this one ,it’s not too big,but has a nice home feeling about it.yep it’s great and a good price too with a good standard too.

Love, love love it! Open concepts remind me of "General Hospital" nurses' station sets. I enjoy privacy between rooms. Good job and I love the LED lights.

Think I would like built in Micro next to ref. Would change our tub in guest bath for shower. Finally a utility room that's great. No tub in MB. A few changes and this is a great home!

Nice house, I like the seperation of rooms and that there is a foyer. I like the kitchen, and where the microwave is. One drawback is the bedrooms, they're too small. Thanks for the tour and Happy Father's Day. Today is my birthday and I wanted it to be cooler, so I sent you snow. 😅😅😅

I like the separate rooms But once again the kitchen is really in need of more upper cabinets. The cabinets surrounding the refrigerator just don't cut it for glassware, dinner ware, serve ware, mixing bowls, it's more a set up for Pantry space even though you actually have a corner pantry the island I would much prefer a raised edge so it hides the stuff At the sink and surrounding it. This home would benefit from hanging upper cabinets over the island.

I can always tell when people are not from Kentucky or have hung out in Kentucky much by how they pronounce Louisville, lol if you are from Kentucky you just know, it's actually pronounced Lou-ah-vull. We have the cardinal rule of the Vull's, Pikeville = Pi-k-Vull, Eddyville = Eddy=Vull, Danville is Dan-Vull, Nicholasville is Nik-luss-Vull as forth.

I would close in where you go in the kitchen by the foyer and take the other way into the kitchen by the dining room. And where the sliding door i would let them put a Den so i can put a deck porch and a door with a storm door cause i like to look outside. And where the laundry room i wouldn't need a backdoor cause my Den will have a back door that's my design how i want my home.

I have been looking for 2 years for a non-open concept home and I just put money down on and open concept one and look what pops up on my screen. I am so upset. I cannot stand the open concept. And this is my favorite mobile home manufacturer also. This is a beautiful home I love Clayton.
