For a non sports fan to say watching Jordan play is like watching art is higher praise than I think many people understand. You are able to see him for what he truly was. An artist. And the best in his craft.

Jordan's game was so aesthetically pleasing, so elegant, he made basketball fans out of people that were never basketball fans before. He was a worldwide phenom in an era before smart phones and high speed internet.

Beyond the fact that he was and he is until now the best (in my opinion), MJ's movements were graceful and elegant. From France, at 14 years old, I would get out of bed in the middle of the night to watch Bulls games. He hugely promoted the NBA outside the USA.

Thank God I was blessed to watch MJ play on television day in day out the man was unmatched. He would literally have you sitting at the edge of your seat wondering what he would do next, and he never disappointed. There's a reason why MJ is deemed the goat..such a phenomenal player at best. i love that you caught how filthy the play @5:09 was, steals the ball one handed and drills the buzzer beating three. every game i saw mj play (on crappy little tvs in the 80's and 90's) he did at least one thing that i never saw before... or never knew was possible... or was so technically flawless that it was remarkable. GOAT

Jordan was a evolutionary in my opinion, he showed the blueprint of how basketball should be played and showed energetic fun with it. Every game, start to end, that team never stopped and the only time they did it was Jordan trying to figure out how to lay it up, dunk, or shoot it on you. He loved attacking the basket every play, he loved winning. He gave an interview and told the reporter "Fans buy tickets to come see Michael Jordan, I'm going to give them Michael Jordan every game.". Best person the NBA could ever have as a G.O.A.T.. He didn't search out the better players, he wanted to beat them with the good team he knew he had with him. He pushed that team to get better and play fast pace every day, every night, every game. Amazing to see that man on tv show a beautiful art of basketball and not whine about how much he got fouled, held, or smacked in the face. The 90's gave us a lot of things and he was and always will be the NBA G.O.A.T. till someone else shows us better artistry.

I watched alot of these on TV. The one that baffled me most at the time, Pippen missed his free throw and Jordan came through already in the air and dunked it. From where he was first posted up, he had to have known the second the ball was released the he missed! That's insane! For anyone to even suggest that there is or was a player who is better than he was needs there head examined! There were alot of similarities in Kobe Bryant. Jordan treated Kobe like a little brother. He saw the same drive in Kobe that he had. Kobe's game almost mirrored Jordan's if you watch clips! But nobody else is even in the same realm of reality!

Mike had a beautiful game. His game was beautiful to watch.

It is nice to see the youngsters today looking at some of the greatest players in NBA history. There is a few of these mix tapes out there, you have seen the best one right here. There is one for Magic, Larry bird, and Kobe. The first 2 on that list are the 2 gentlemen who by all accounts saved the NBA from bankruptcy, at the time of their being drafted, the league was not a prime time thing, the Finals were shown on tape delay at around 2 a.m. or so. CBS sports signed a contract shortly after they were drafted and the league had to make sure that at least one or the other, or both had a game on Sunday. That was the beginning of the Sunday doubleheader NBA games. So without Magic and Bird we would not have had MJ, Kobe, LeBron, KD, Steph, or any of the players we have now. In my opinion the 90's was the Golden Era of the NBA. They played defense back then and every team had a big man in the lane defending the rim, there wasn't a defensive 3 second rule then. Bill Laimbeer a know hard nosed player would knock you on your a$$ if you came to the rim, during a time when it was considered just a hard foul, they had flagrant fouls yes but they were rare. The game was different then, the 3 point shot was not as big then either, this was back when ball handling, shooting, and defense was a key to winning games and championships.

Always looked forward to NBC. IT WAS WORLDWIDE.AND CHICAGO BULLS WER MAIN ATTRACTION .I MISS DEM DAYS..

Those Highlights were only from his 6 Play-Offs that he won his Rings. If You can only imagine, a Career Highlights reel would be at least 24 hours long because he gave 110% every game...
