Non-stop Karakuri Transferring AGV 

Crawl-in type AGV with Karakuri device for non-stop transferring.
When the AGV goes under the station rack and through the first station, the workpieces on the AGV are automatically transferred to the flow rack.
At the second station, the AGV automatically receives the workpiece from the station rack when passing through.
All of these transfer operations are driven solely by the movement of the AGV without any additional power sources such as electricity, pneumatics or hydraulics.
Further, since the AGV does not stop at the station, no time loss due to transferring occurs.
