Thank you for sharing this. Cigars are not just a hobby, not just lifestyle, not just a business, not just a culture. Cigars are history. The leaf grows deep in this country. We can never forget that.
Brother...thank you for showcasing the neighborhood where I grew up and love. Thank you to my brothers who told the story right. My great grandparents and my grandparents worked in cigar factories in the Canary Islands, Cuba, Key West, Ybor, and West Tampa. My family also has it's roots in the Cigar industry. Can't wait for part 2.
I'm happy for this content to be rolling out again. I liked the shorts but the longer format is the meat and potatoes for me. P.s. when is the next smoke signals episode?
Sadly when we were down there for Privadacon I wasn't able to spend much time in Tampa. I did get to The El Reloj J.C. Newman Factory, toured it, spent a bunch of money in their shop and left. 2024 will be different though.
Hey guys, this is a very wonderful video. I really loved it, keep sharing this type of content. I am in Miami, but this make me want to go and visit West Tampa with my camera.
Live just across the Bay in Pinellas Co. I am gonna go check it out! Never knew about the culture and history of the Cigar industry in TB! Road trip!!!!
