In a society that thrives on insecurities being secure in who God made you is an act of resistance. Thank you ladies for your candor and for keeping it real. Wow!! The title alone made me stop and listen. Was just having a discussion with someone who chose to label me incorrectly. And I thought about it for a minute (or less) and then reminded myself that I am born of God's words, not the words of someone else. And then Jeremiah 17:7 that reminds us that our confidence is on the Lord. I am thankful for these powerful reminders that it's not what others say about us, but what God says about us . 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Nona, I have found that in life…insecure people don’t invite those they are threatened by when someone else’s security “seems” greater than theirs. I’ve experienced this throughout my whole life. I’m working on taking my security back. Because why try to fit in spaces where people don’t value you anyway. ❤❤❤ God is my security!!
Thank you young ladies.. you all are such an encouragement. I was this way all my life until I gave my heart to Jesus. I am now 72 years young but in 1988 I was born again. Jesus has slowly healed me over the time as I can handle it. I could never call our Father in heaven Father but the His love has changed that. I have went from God to Heaven Father like He was far away but last week. I went to Father words can't describe how I felt and am now doing. You young ladies had a big help in it. I want to thank you and TBN from a my heart.

This has spoken to me deeply, the past two days I've been feeling like everyone is judging me because my colleague did an extra certification before I completed my second one and I've been crying to God to give me peace, then I listened to this and I felt at peace, my time is coming when I will do it and conquer as He guides, just praying that He may provide for me for that 🙏🙏

After trying to explain why I feel how I feel at this point in our marriage, the therapist said I have betrayal trauma. I have no idea if the counselor actually said this too, but my spouse told me in his individual session that they decided that I'm bucking and stuck in the past. 😐
Sincerely Ask God to speak to your heart , then listen for Him. Remember during the difficult times this A.S.K. (ask, seek, knock). He will answer🙏🏾. He Promises to never leave or forsake us. Lean on Him, call on the name of Jesus. You will feel a sense of peace❤️.
Just seek with your whole heart and don't get discouraged. It takes time. I accepted the Lord when I was 38 and I am going to be 73 next month. It is truly worth it to seek Him with all your heart.

Whoever is reading this please pray for me. God Blessed me with the most awesome, God fearing husband you can ever dream of! Yet! I still seek attention from other men and I go to the club from time to time and I really want to stop all that really bad and do better by God. And with the relationship I have with the Lord I know better but for some reason, it's really hard for me to stop! I need prayer! You've confessed it - repent , ask God to forgive you of this and turn from it. Godly sorrow brings true repentance. When you know in your heart that what you're doing stinks in God's nostrils, you wouldn't want to repeat that folly. You are a sweet aroma to Him. He is still faithful to forgive you that He won't let you perish. Light and darkness cannot co-exist. Read Proverbs 3 dear Sister. Allow it to penetrate your spirit and do not yield to the yearnings of the flesh🙏🏾🙏🏾
I can totally identify with those feelings - but I'm not yet married. I think it stems from your childhood or teen years where you didn't feel valuable/worth something. So, even though you have husband, you are looking for validation from other men. Thing is - they cannot give you what only Jesus can. We got to seek Him with all our heart (speaking to myself to). God gave you a gift - don't waste it. Ask some good godly friends to keep you accountable - make Jesus your treasure. Go to a Christian therapist to figure out why you're doing it in the first place... Yes it sin - but there is a root, and you need 2 figure that out.
This was nice but for some reason I feel Christine caine was very just silent and I was hoping to hear from her. I'm wondering if she felt like she could be herself? She's normally with Joyce and other women and here she's in a different element. I wonder if this was hard for her?
Sounds more like Nona developed a huge ego more than insecurities, and she is still trying to boost herself to a greater image to mankind by claiming that the Holy Ghost spoke to her in a conversation.
Sounds like you could benefit from this message if you actually took the time to listen to it. Please be kind and if you have nothing positive to say, keep it to yourself. There is nothing "ego boosting" about having a conversation with your father. Holy Ghost can speak to you as well, just ask.
@@millieempowers that’s the problem with the church today, when you call out on someone’s lies and deception due to ego issues or how they are misrepresenting God, you are accused being disrespectful as if God can be dishonored and the saints of God with fame are to be given reverence. There’s nothing I said in my comment that was rude, mean or disrespectful. Nona made comments I believe is deceptive that comes from her ego and jealousy, particularly about one person. That situation is not going to be divulged. She’s misrepresenting God when she says the Holy Ghost spoke to her as if he had a conversation with her. Now you can disagree with my comment but to accuse me of being unkind with my words because it’s offering correction is not wise and against the Word of God. Galatians 6:1

Nona is not the only saying that the Holy Ghost spoke to her and blah blah blah. Would Jesus make the same comment I gave? Is she lying when she say that the Holy Ghost spoke to her? How many times did call the priests and Pharisees hypocrites and call them out on their lies and how they love to be honored by man or their love was for the wealth of the church more than their love for God?
