Commonly on older higher mileage TD5 models the crank sensor wiring sensor end can break down due to becoming brittle from repeated heat cycles and engine rock. This can lead to broken wires at the crank sensor end of the engine harness. which often causes intermittent running and starting faults down to a complete non-start situation, Avoid that with our sensor and overlay harness kit!
