I read in few comments around RU-vid that peaches actually is referred to the fruit itself as it has a particular meaning in Korean culture. I searched it out and it said: "Sweet peaches have long been cultivated in Korea and are seen as the fruit of happiness, longevity, riches and honor. Koreans also consider the peach tree to be an immortal plant." It actually fits the whole aestetic of the song and MV and it's a more connected meaning with the whole traditional vibe of this project. Who knows, tho!

It always gave me like the lyrics were a bit off - aestethic wise-, but knowing differently it makes better sense to me. I mean, it is about a girl but the way we have thought of peaches is definitely not the same as for Korean culture 😅 Edit: I just noticed I didn't specify i was referring to the meaning of peaches lmao. I was probably one of the people who’s comment you read around on RU-vid😅 I think sometimes people just forget that it is a different culture and whatever meanings/views we have may not mean the same for them, but it is easy to misunderstand… especially since we know Kai is known for (alongside his dancing) his sexy aura lol he literally doesn’t help😂
