Raagi mudde is a healthy food Raagi looks same as mustard in dark brownish it's grinded and with hot boiling water it will added and a ball kinda shape is given. We don't have to chew as it's already in grinded state, with some spicy sambhar are with any gravy wrapped around a small quantity mini balls that we have to make with wet hands,we directly swallow it. It's a healthy practice in Karnataka for stable health(as we are seeing in our older ancestors).

I think u live in India, Bangalore covers semi rural place as well it's a developing country... India is a democratic nation every class of ppl have the rights to sell the food n these foods are mostly made for construction workers n blue collar ppl as it is very cheap n affordable... There are enough places in blore which has good stalls

What so dirty they kept the stall below the tree.. Tree leaves were around how come it's dirty n those ppl are serving food in clean leaves.. Don't comment just for heck of it n these food are made for construction workers n u can't expect star hotel hygene from street vendors
