Noor means "light" in Farsi and written by the pianist of the group, Pouya Hamidi. The beginning of this track was inspired when Pouya was sitting at his desk and light rays were coming through the window and he could see the dust particles move in the air.
Pouya was inspired by Iranian traditional music and classical chamber music. At points Pouya is imitating the Iranian dulcimer instrument, santour with his repeated fast notes in his right hand. There are improvisatory parts in the music where the musical parts are created on the spot and every performance the pitches and rhythms become unique to that performance.
