Nope (2022) | Movie Reaction | First Time Watching 

The cinematographer played the bad guy in The Crow. He's got that gutteral voice. I believe that Jean Jacket is a Biblical angel. That is what it resembles. A lot of people think that it gives off an EMP, but if you paid attention to the scene when The Star Lasso Experience audience is being eaten, the digestive tract is pulsing and glowing with light, so I think it eats electricity. Jupe's background with Gordy proves that he didn't learn anything from why Gordy didn't harm him. Jupe whispers that he's chosen but he's just lucky for not looking Gordy directly in the eyes the entire time with the shoe in its peculiar position and the table cloth. The Gordy's Home massacre scene reflects The Star Lasso Experience scene in that Mary-Joe Elliot was there during Jupe's last endeavor to turn a profit on exploiting animals. They both lived through the Gordy scene, Mary-Joe less fortunate as she was forever disfigured. But both find their end as well as the audience and Jupe's family. He decided to profit off sending horses to a flying saucer, similar to doing the same with a wild animal during his youth. Did he know it was eating the horses? He had directly invited both Em and OJ to The Star Lasso Experience. Jupe and his wife were promoting it as a live family show. Now, I guess they didn't even think about what the aliens were doing with the horses because usually when humans are abducted they are returned and get to talk about it. Except those in this movie. Did you notice the radio report at the beginning of the movie mentioning a group of hikers having gone missing two days before OJ's dad was killed by one of the hikers pocket change? Thinking about that and The Star Lasso Experience audience being in Jean Jacket's belly for that long is very disturbing. It has become my all-time favorite movie. I can't stop watching RU-vid reaction videos.

This is such a great movie I love so much about it, people were upset about it being a bit of a bait and switch, but I don't care, the plot and the crazy stuff make it worth it.

on the director dying, my theory is that he was already dying, you see him taking pills and coughing, so he might have seen it as, "If I'm going out, go out in style."
