WOO! This song wins the award for catchiest chorus (though Renegade is a close second in my mind)~ So stoked to finally share this with you all! I definitely recommend checking out this anime if you haven't seen it before -- Noragami Aragoto is the 2nd season -- so make sure you watch the first one first! haha I had a ton of fun with this one. Disclaimer: I know that a majority of the speaking bits weren't in the original, but I couldn't help myself! Even though this song is all "I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND, BABY", when I was writing (and decoding) the lyrics I started to see it in a different way and interpreted it as a more desperate/conflicted/ sassy song -- kinda as if you hate someone because they've hurt you, and that hate is overwhelming, but you still love them deep down, so you're internally battling with those conflicting feelings.. Does that make sense? haha Anyway, that's my two cents! Others might interpret it a different way, but I just wanted to share my thoughts! haha This song is really interesting that way, because there are so many ways to interpret it.
