I’ve lived in Northern California all my life and one day I want to move to SoCal (particularly LA), I don’t like the cold weather and like the idea of everyday sun. And sports teams not many people necessarily care but when I went to SoCal for a dodger game (I’m a Dodger & Laker fan) everyone patriotically was at the game and whenever the Dodgers are in town andI go to oracle park I see more Dodger fans than I do giants fans.
It really doesn't matter where you live in California: All you need to survive this state is a regular house, and a cabin. If you have those 2 things you can live anywhere here.
We have endured decade after decade of an overwhelming number of transplants, which have skyrocketed rents and home prices into the stratosphere. Please, we beg you not to move to California from another state. Please, please, please do not come.
Thanks guys! I live in both San Diego, and 31/2 hrs. North east of San Francisco. The weather is better and Mexican food. I do think San Francsico is easier to get around by public transportation. It feels like a real city, and have the large Chinatown. I do like the LGBTQAI+ neighborhoods of San Francisco the bars, shops, and restaurants. San Diego had Hillcrest, which is nice. The do both gave interesting and fun things to offer. And yes, Hey are expensive but worth it.
Love this video! It’s obviously a personal preference but I moved to Southern California 30 years ago from the East coast and am so spoiled by the weather, I know I will never be able to leave….I also absolutely love the laid back vibe….Southern California, in many ways, is heaven on earth!
Great video. I'm still looking for some good Asian-influenced food down here (no, Panda Express doesn't count)! 🙂 You almost have to separate the state into multiple sections. North of Santa Rosa = Nor Cal. The wine country to Santa Cruz = The Bay Area. Monterey to SLO = Central Cal. Pismo to OC = Los Angeles. South of OC = San Diego. Also, Sacramento to Fresno - Central Valley. 🙂
@@scubapilot2000 if one want s to get away from the congestion ,back to nature escape cabin one can still get close to the beach under a $1,000,000 or? on the ocean front cliff or beach not sure. I have no need for a 8,000 sf mansion on the Beach @ $25,000,000 dont even want to look at it
