Nordace Siena Review (After) | Do I Still Love It After Traveling With It?

I totally agree, I love my Nordace Siena. I have used it for multiple plane trips and it really does a great job. However, it is just too big to use as a day pack when you are wandering around sights or shopping.

It looks fine, it doesn't look big when empty.

I have had mine for years and love it. The hook is great for when storing empty. Best pack ever!

I have one, I use mine both for travel and commuting to work on trains and The Tube. I love mine too, contemplating buying the Tote pack for the gym plus travel. I'd just add that I think the Zips could be better quality. Especially on the laptop pocket, from the very beginning mine would become un-zipped from the weight of the laptop. I use a keyring to keep both ends together.

The bags come in three sizes - what size was yours?

I compared the cabin max with nordace. With packing cubes. In the end, the game changer was the Nordace structure and the way it sat on my back. And the extra pockets.

The hooks on any backpack are kind of weak. They're great if your backpack isn't very full or if you need to hang it somewhere when it's empty. When i had lot of stuff in my bacjpack, i rather just put it on the floor when i'm in the bathroom instead of hanging it on the door.

I actually love that size as a day bag, because I can put my jacket and souvenirs I bought, or bags of chips and beer and noodle cups back to the hotel room.

That hook is only deigned to hold that bag when it's empty and you're hanging it up out of the way! It doesn't need to be more substantial.

How do you clean it? Can you? I like that beige color but every not black bag I’ve ever had immediately picks up massive black streaks the moment I set foot in an airport.

That hook is cheap! - Most everyone that carries a backpack uses the hook for hanging it up OFF THE GROUND. It’s just common. - For the price of this BP, it’s hanging hook should be RE-ENFORCED. Also it would serve it’s purpose if it was longer & wider! - I love the look etc of the pack but, the hanger is almost useless. I read that the zips aren’t up to par neither. - Maybe they’ve upgraded their mistakes. ▫️ I do like it a lot, so I’ll be looking for those things before I purchase one.

Lovely review. Have you tried plugging the USB into a power bank and using your usb to usbc cable to charge your devices?

Have you had any issues with that color? I really like that cream color but I am very worried about it looking quite dirty quickly. Thoughts?

Love this bag. For the shoulder strap, once I adjusted(at the end side) to shorten it, it seems to slip constantly. So, the shoulder strap keeps becoming long. I dont know how to lock it. Does it happen to you too?

Do you think you can use the bag for school and does the bag gets dirty quickly?

Does the white get dirty?

What is the length and width of the laptop compartment. I’m looking for a laptop bag for my 17” laptop, but so many bag size descriptions seem off. Ie. I have a 17” laptop which is 17” diagonal dimension, but only about 10” x 14.5” length and width. Any info would be super helpful. Thanks!
