Join us this week on @ABOARDMERMAIDMONSTER as we test out sailing for a day. Our good friends over on @Tulasendlesssummer invited us out on their Corsair trimaran for a day sail. We had an absolute blast with them. There is so many decisions that need to be thought over when considering a floating lifestyle. The first major decision you will have to make is do you want to be powered by an engine or by the wind? There are many pros and cons to both styles of boat life. The choice is yours alone. We are the Palmer family and we have been living aboard our Nordhavn 55 trawler, mermaid monster for the past 2.5 years. With no plans to stop, we plan to circumnavigate the globe over time.
