Hi Lola. It might be no harm to change the lock anyway, They are relatively inexpensive. Sometimes a lock would lock but not send the signal to the PCB to start the wash. Hopefully that sorts it

@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 I changed the lock and it hasn't solved the issue. Not sure what else to do

@@Lolaroseox oh that’s a pity 😟 did you plug the wiring back into the lock fully. ? Also Re: The wiring, did it look ok, was it burnt looking or anything ?

Hi. You will need to replace the door lock. I find espares a good place to order from. Have your model number to hand.

Hi, did you check the filter on the machine (bottom right) If that is clear, If you put the machine on just a spin cycle does the drum turn?

@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 hi thanks for replying, I check it it's clean , the machine won't do anything the drum won't fill and not turning, I set for cycle I push start after 5 second the lights start blinking

Did you replace with the correct door lock ?

If it is the spin and end light flashing what could be the issue? I've emptied and cleaned the filter?

Hiya your fine, no it doesn't it just gets as far as door locking and then the bottom 2 lights flash again

If you put on say a quick wash does water enter the drum at all? Or does water enter and that’s it the wash doesn’t proceed?
