I bought the aluminium bars for my 2012 Ford C-Max. The instructions have the incorrect measurement for this car. After following the instructions carefully I realised that the feet that attach to the car were around 80mm too close together so I had to remeasure and adjust. I was told by Mickgarage that I simply had to 'read the instructions to the end' - this was not the problem. No further reading of the instructions could have corrected the initial mistake.

All the instructions are in Italian. How can you sell a product in Ireland with no English instructions? Calling and emailing without any solution offered

Can I ask what protects the car paint from where the feet come in contact with the paint? And even the brackets that clip around the door frame?

Hello there I just placed an order to your roof rack the aluminum that you show on the video. I would have liked to order a box similar to the one you show on this video on the vehicle that you use as a model to the roof racks. I tried to look on your website for the boxes but it would not come up? Is there a possibility to see the identical one I am describing, the one you show on the video?
