Finally, we make it back to the promised land for another fun-filled week of boating on the Norfolk Broads! Join John, Linz & Joe the greyhound on our adventures as we visit a few favourite old haunts, and discover a few new places as well.

I know you now know, but we usually head down to Oulton and moor outside the Wherry Hotel or the yacht station. The Wherry does a wicked carvery! Our first broads holidays began in Oulton with Topcraft on a topliner boat. We do love the Southern broads 😊

Fantastic video of your trip we love watching your adventures, we live in Oulton broad and next time you come this way be aware there are moorings at the Wherry Hotel and commodore pub, also broads authority moorings in the main basin opposite the Wherry Hotel all have a charge but worth a look. If you do come back this way send a message and we will come see you and buy you a drink.. or two .. keep up the good work, cheers Ian and Mike

Please tell me there's a 2024 broads video?! I love your videos. The broads are my favourite place on earth, my better half and I are there this September for the weekend. It'll be her first time there and I just hope she 'gets' it. Once it gets you, there's just nothing better! Keep up the good work!

Takes me back to when Sherz was about 15 . There was a very high tide at Barton Turf and I stepped into what I thought was a puddle. It was actually a bit of the main wsterway and I was in water up to my chest! Sherz wanted me to do an action replay for his video camera. I politely declined! Sherz's dad.

The moorings at Oulton B-road are right at the far end by the lock, you can moor at the yacht station or outside the Wherry Pub. You can also moor along side another boat at Great Yarmouth but it might not be so easy to get Joe off. Nice video many thanks.

Ah well, maybe another year. As for double mooring, I've seen it done, but never done it myself. Not quite sure what the etiquette is there, feels weird to go up to some stranger and ask to tie my boat to theirs!

We are in the broads right now (8th to 12th August), and we have watched all your broads videos having stumbled across your channel as part of our research. It's been great for the family to see how many places we can visit following in your steps ie climbing frame at Salhouse, St Helens, St Benets Womack, etc etc...look forward to seeing your next trip

Cheers! Nothing out of the ordinary, it's a DJI Mini 2. Had to replace my old Phantom P3 when the regulations changed a couple of years ago, needed something smaller and lighter!

Can I have your girlfriend when you have your heart attack please, you know she has got you insured for a vast sum of money don't you " Just joking but I can not believe she cooks so many fried dishes,AND YOU EAT THEM. For breakfast fried bacon etc, later out for lunch fried fish and chips, and for dinner fried sausages or were they done in the oven ? . Good grief your poor arteries, I believe Avocado oil is the nearest thing you can get to cook in that's healthy,and that's a bit of an oxymoron. Loved the trip,I hope I can find more of your vidz.
