■ Cooking time: 30 minutes
■ Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
・New potatoes: 300g
・Olive oil: 1 and 1/2 tablespoons ・Salt: 1/4 teaspoon ・Aonori: 1 teaspoon ・Consomme: 1 teaspoon
■Preparation Wash the potatoes well and remove any sprouts.
■How to make
1. Cut the potatoes in half.
2. Put it in a bowl and heat it in a microwave oven of 600W for 3 to 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
3. Add olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and bake at 210°C for 15 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with consommé and aonori to complete.
