Ingredients A:
350g chicken meat (thigh fillet)
1 egg
3 cloves garlic
1/4 large onion (if using small onions, use half)
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp pepper
Ingredients B:
Nori sheets
Water for sealing the ends of the nori rolls
Ingredients C:
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
125ml water
Instructions:
Chop all ingredients A using a food processor.
Place the filling into a piping bag and cut the tip.
Place on top of nori/seaweed (refer to video).
Roll up the nori, and seal the end with a little water to ensure it sticks.
Cut into halves (for larger sheets, cut according to preference into smaller pieces).
On a separate plate, mix ingredients C until well combined.
Dip each piece of nori chicken roll in the coating mixture.
Fry until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce / chili sauce / mayonnaise.
