Manor lords is really good but after ''beating'' the game a couple of time it get's repetitive really fast with nothing new added and it's gonna be like that for at least 2 years still so

I’ve seen this game played a few months ago on another channel, from what I saw it is a very in-depth game very challenging and quite complex but very enjoyable to watch, this should be right up your street
