OPEN ME!: How do we do this? I think I forgot lol. Just kidding, well, sort of. In this vlog I try to get back into a normal routine after two(ish) weeks of recovering from my adventures and editing all the England vlogs. I show a bit of what I've been up to since getting home (including a big change to my hairstyle) plus unbox my new (and massive!) curved monitor. I hope you enjoy! :) xx

Your hair looks great! Enjoy that amazing monitor-it looks awesome. I'm wishing you a gentle transition back into your normal summer routine. Dear, your everyday life is never a bore--it's what most of us are here for anyway. Your life is beautiful-never forget that. Very glad you enjoyed your trip though. Thank you so much! I'm loving the new hair, I'm liking the lighter color more and more each day. The new monitor is fantastic, it's definitely good enticement to get back to work at my desk lol. And thank you so much for your kind words. I love my little life here in Phoenix (even though I'd love living in England lol) but I do get self-conscious that it's not "interesting" or "trendy" enough for RU-vid. So I'm beyond grateful for such a lovely community who are happy to watch my vlogs, whether they're set in England or Phoenix.

There really hasn't been much fiction shows I want to watch, just Bridgerton. Everything else I'm watching are docuseries.

Welcome back to normal life. BOOO lol I LOOOOVE the hair! Last week I started watching Bridgerton for the first time and ended up watching all three seasons in a few days. (I'm on vacation) I had the same feelings about the show. Season three is probably my favorite but I also ADORE Pen.

That monitor is the GOAT. I've been thinking about getting a curved monitor as well, now that I've starting writing my dissertation. Having many documents open at the same time and not seeing them all can be annoying. First world problem, for sure, but annoying ;) I've been going through all of your UK vlogs, and it has been so nice watching you and your mum enjoy yourselves so much. And, your hair is lovely.

I LOVE your new hair. Love it. I want to cut mine now too. 😄The colour looks wonderful as well, but see how you feel with it. Coming back from holiday it’s hard to integrate back into the ‘normal’ routine. And especially for you I imagine as London seems to be your place and I’m sure that adds an extra bit of sadness. I’m doing my part to aid in your future relocation plans though haha - I bought the kindle versions of your Across the Pond series and I’m going to get the paperbacks when I do my next amazon order. I love your channel and you are a wonderful person and I want to support you, so I’ll do what I can. ❤

Thank you! I was so ready for a cut. I love long hair on me but it had gotten too long and I've had long hair for awhile now, so it was time. I'm warming up to the color as well. Coming home is hard to get back to "normal", I miss England so much. But omg, thank you for supporting my books. Every purchase is going into savings for my next trip (and also one day moving there). Same with every penny I earn from RU-vid. I'm so grateful for viewers/online friends like you. :)

Love your hair! Beautiful color 😍 I have a similar monitor and I love it. I don’t have a strong favorite season. 3 probably but I’m in a love hate with the series as a whole. Busy here with family, art, and stress. Wish I could get back to writing but not yet. Your trip was so enjoyable from here. Thanks again for sharing. 🖥️

💻💇‍♀️❤ LOVE the new hair, Andrea! You look like Judy's daughter and Lisa's sister now lol :) And that new monitor, wow! Spectacular :) Acer is my current laptop brand but I'll be upgrading to a new one soon (I'm a Dell girl so I might return to that). Even though I'm gonna miss the England vlogs, I enjoy those cosy writer / chatty vlogs! Honestly, it's really motivating to see a fellow writer friend do her thing (even if it's just cleaning her writer desk). I'm not going anywhere and neither are your true subscribers (we had a meeting). Most writer vlogs emphasise productivity to the point of making me feel bad by comparison. And while you're no slouch (7 books published so far, hello) I love your vlogs' vibe whether travel, writerly or otherwise :) I actually watch Bridgerton for research purposes (my YA anime fantasy is inspired by Gossip Girl which Bridgerton is also inspired by). In terms of rank, I'd put S2 first, S3 a close second, and S1 a far third: While friends to lovers is my fave trope (S3), Kanthony (S2) makes me squeal with delight :)

I definitely look more like my mom and sister lol. Part of me misses the dark brown but we'll see how I do with the lighter color over the summer. Omg, I love the monitor. It makes vlog editing so much more fun lol. Lol, I love that you and my other true subscribers had a meeting and are planning to stick around. I respect that kind of loyalty in this day and age on social media. ;)
