Mike has been progressing well with landings, so it was time to introduce the power off 180. It is something that I believe should be mastered before solo!
Enjoy the landings

As a United fan, it's not often I compliment Mo Salah on RU-vid but mate, that was the best teardrop I've seen since Lewis got all sentimental about a landing that time.

11:55 - At my airfield 23N, the TPA was 600' - under Islip's class C. To dump some altitude with power-off's, it was not completely frowned upon to do a forward slip. It was also a grass runway with freakin' 70' trees at the departure end.... Mike is doing really well, and awesome go-around decision at the end.

I love your videos, very entertaining and sometimes also very educational!! I enjoyed listening to you guys while doing the RT. That "pilot's voice" is deep! I wish mine would sound the same, but then again I am a girl 😉. After doing my first solo, I can only add that aviation is super cool. Keep up with the good work!

Man I hope this gets answered haha. I have started flight training for my PPL recently and the first day went great had two separate flights. Everything went smooth. Come the second day we did steep turns and my god did I get sick thankfully I was able to hold out on... Ya know in the cockpit but I had to cancel my second flight and cut my first one short.. what im looking to get answered is is nothing sickness or whatever I experienced something that people get used to or get over? Thanks in advance!!

Wait, your engine is out and you decide to fly AWAY from the airport for 3-4 seconds? What kind of garbage is that? TRAIN LIKE REAL LIFE. You lose an engine you turn to the airport at best glide.

Wait, we made it to the runway using my method?…….. We didn’t overrun the runway because we waited a few seconds before turning? WOW!
