Norman Reedus Talks About "The Bikeriders" Movie 

Interviewer clearly hasn’t done his homework. Reedus was fixing bikes when he was spotted by a talent agency. He was a biker long before being an actor

He killed it. The movie is going to end up a legitimate American Classic. It sooooooo good!

I just loaded up on all available videos and movies by Norman. He was great in this movie.

Most people don't know this back in the 1960's over ten thousand bikers showed in Vancouver, Canada and overwhelmed the city with mayhem and endless partying....I know this after talking to a retired cop who couldn't believe what he was seeing. He said he was going to write a book about it.

How did the interviewer not know that Norman is a legit motorcycle guy? He literally has a show where he rides around, and he talks about how on the walking dead he rode around the back country after they cut filming for the day like everyday...

Awful and awfully long film - a silly, cartoonish depiction of the era / bike gang culture. Tom Hardy did extremely well with a terrible script, the charismatic Norman Reedus suddenly appeared on screen looking like he was attending a biker gang themed dress-up party - terrible wig and aviators, like he'd been given a biker combo costume pack from K-Mart. Austin Butler, beautiful man, but his character's brooding persona bordered on that of a perpetually sulking child. From beginning to end, the whole movie was tedious and just trying way too hard to be cool.

For those who don't know, this club is based on the Outlaws MC. "Funny Sonny" was a Hells Angel from California. He spent a lil time with the Outlaws in the midwest prior to the Angels and Outlaws going to war with one another. There's a famous pic of him riding on the back of an OL's bike. Both wearing their colors.

Norman is a legitimate motorcycle rider. Looking forward to his part as a club member in the sixties from California

Throwback film with great actors. Gives you the CC Rider feel of the 60’s and early 70’s and the Billy Jack era. Looking forward to this film. 👍👍

Real Funny Sonny passed away in 2010. He was a good friend and he was a great fan of weddings, he remarried about ten times. I've read a post about him, written by his friend.

Reedus is correct on the spontaneous rides. Or anything for that matter. Plans never seem to work out.

Loved how period correct all the scooters and even the cages seemed. Awesome job of re-creating such a perfect time capsule. Absolutely loved it!

I grew up around bikers. ❤ I knew a guy who made his body completely custom himself and he even made a suicide clutch out of a handle bar. Shit was FIRE🔥🤘

Reedus is the real deal, too many of these theme films use some spoilt little actor or actress , in the MC world these types stink themselves out in five seconds , film looks good ,cheesy as hell

I got an invite from HD and went to the premiere last night (video up on the channel). Really enjoyed the film. Could have had more action at times, but certainly worth watching. 🤘🏻

Great interview. I really liked how it didn't seem like a publicity piece. I mean, we all know what these media days are for, but this seemed like it went beyond just that. And, in fact, for a movie like this works much better.

This is Milwaukee-Chicago in mid-60's. I list Milwaukee first, because the Brew City dominated at that time. Hells Angels were wannabes from the Chicago burbs. Check out Danny Lyon's "The Bikeriders" on which the movie is based. There's a reason most of the bikes shown have Wisconsin plates.

My dad was Funny Sonny, I love Norman Reedus but my father is depicted wrong.
