now that's a rock and roll guitar , I don't normally care for the hollow body stuff but there's something about a 335 , perhaps it's just the PAF's but no other hollow body can be played next to a solid and sound right. great demo mark

My opinion....if she gave it as a gift it should remain his. You don't give a gift and then ask for it back no matter what the circumstances. Having said that I think he should voluntarily give it back so it remains in the family.....but legally obligated to? No As far as iconic guitars of the 90s, for me it has to be Dimebags lightning bolt Dean ML.
I guess if he gave it back for bit so it can still stay with Frances's family would make sense, also I'd say that Cobain's _Unplugged_ acoustic is indeed one of the most icon _acoustic_ guitars of the 90s but for electrics I'm gonna say it's a tie between Cobain's Fender Jaguar and Mustang and Eddie Van Halen's MusicMan Axis
