The moving direction is clearer than level3,4. Move up in the middle, and clean the Rotterdam at last.
Having generals like Darian is better than Nimitz alone, the former and buff Ally attack which is great when you start with a given general. Use the ships to help you capture the coastal cities like video.
PS: They have buff for taking out city, fortress and bunkers.
The enemy generals isn't your target so you can just ignore them by having small troop in city.
