Norseman 2010 - Mind over Matter 

Just a great documentary about this competion. Just watched it over and over and be inspired by the story and the great pictures and the music as well. Just telling the huge challange in endurance without overshot of dramatic or sensationality.

AAnyone who finishes this has my deepest respect.

He says about proper food for triathletes...but what is it? Now I'm mostly on low carb diet but I guess it is not enough for such an extreme triathlon as Norseman is.
