I had a very tough time passing my exam after some reviews until I met mr dylan,subscribed to questions and answers which I saw exactly the same on my exam day
How similar is this to the actual exam? I got about 80% correct just from regular knowledge of being a real estate investor, would I be in good shape to just take the exam without studying or taking a class?
multiplying by 1.05, the 5% is being added to the current value of that year which is why you do that 5 times to get the cumulative increase over 5 years.
So I probaly move out of NC soon, and I saw that we can't transfer our license to another state and that I would have to retake the entire course in another state... is that true?
No its not true depends on the state! Look up States that offer Full Reciprocity. That means your state has partnership with the other state so you don’t have to take the course just the state exam
