Charlotte and the surrounding areas are a hot bed of economic activity. Charlotte is in the top 10 major economic cities in the country. It depends what type of job you are looking for as far as Housing is concerned, the average price point in the Charlotte Mitchell area is probably about what you’re looking for. New homes may tend to cost more. You would probably have to be a bit further out from Charlotte to get some thing new at that price point. But it all depends on how big a home you’re looking for and lifestyle.
