There is literally nothing to inspect, everything is submerged. And do u even have idea how much security , money and time it takes if any minister goes to the ground zero level. The minister sending armh, other rescue team, funds is more smarter than the idiot who just go and hug people.
He earned a lot of respect with this gesture. Most of the leaders across the world inspect the flood hit areas by moving above on helicopter or planes. But He prefered a simple boat. I think he's best for his people although he doesn't care any other so called "world powers".

Eat together to encourage SELF CARE during this traumatizing experience, just like after a funeral when loss can cause people to depression and not eating.
