We listened a lot this song when eternal president passed away, it gave us power to continue our long trip towards socialism and anti-imperialism under back then new leader, general Kim Jong Il.
Music is a strong way to catch peoples heart. If you sing and repeat a catchy song like this one "we shall follow you forever"... one day you would say "i must follow you forever"
It's not "brainwashing propaganda" because there is no "brainwashing". It's annoying to see people say anything that is composed/produced for the sake of anything in North Korea that shows a shed of anything good is a lie.
And text is remarkable as well, in @4:47 it says "And when 10 000 years pass, we shall be still following the same road for many more thousands of years!"
Remarkably identical to Russian Soviet music, itself derived from the Russian Orthodox monastic choir tradition. Juche is about "nativism". What.a.laugh!
I come back to this song to escape the deprived world of modern music. What is tripping me out every time is in the last few lines the voices seem like they are rising into the air if to join their eternal leader in paradise.
Eternal President Kim Il-Sung is the Greatest of Great Leaders. He is of uncommon personality, outstanding intelligence and borderless tolerance. He met with 120 heads of states on 1980 occasoins, 206 party-leaders on 2236 occasions, 76 heads of governments on 833 occasions, and more than 70 000 foreign visitors from 136 countries. He is the eternal sun of mankind - the symbol of freedom, independance, no-obligation. His face illuminates our hearts like the sun of day.
They're singing no more hospices, no more asylums and no more hell! America is the largest hospice in the world, everywhere and everyone there lives on asylums!
"Enemy states" always have the best music Nazis, Russians, North Koreans, Serbs.... even some ISIL tunes are really catchy. What does the west have? Justin Bieber and country music.... It's honestly kinda depressing
Because they are countries with revolutionary ideologies. USA is the old order of capitalism. And Pop music is the triumph of consum and vices, it has no meaning.
@@die1mayerРоссия это отличный пример упадка и разложения нравственности общества. Я не украинец, а русский, который живет в этой стране и я это знаю точно! К сожалению мы такие, после 1991 года...
@AtheismCentral South Korea should finally consider a reunification with the DPRK by forming the Democratic People's Federation of Korea as envisioned by Kim Il Sung. One country, two systems. I hope, that the DPRK won't back down and stick to its special path.
Why are Americans trying to comment here and complain. If you hate NK don't watch their videos. Also I am an Islamist but I still believe in your efforts against imperialism.
the song started out like something out of Star Wars. I am American but I have read up on the Juche Idea and i actually like it. Take your country off the world economic scale and rely on what you have. Peace to Pyongyang.
@fortunecookiesucks Despite the best efforts (unsaid, of course) of South Korea and the US, the regime is highly unlikely to survive three years after the death of Jong-Il. Jong-Un simply hasn't had the preparation necessary to assume the mantle of Dear Leader. Frankly, the Military will not be likely to accept him, despite his Kimilsungist Royal credentials. Even the image of Jong-Un next to his ancestors in the Juche kitsch picture of this video seems somewhat hilarious...
Why would you ask in the first place if your only intention is to doubt my answer? Anyway, if you choose to believe me or not doesn't change what I have done.
Wow! What a response. I guess we are all influenced by our "programming"! I was born in Nazi Germany in 1941. Later my country was a Marxist Socialist State and stayed that way for a long time. I am just thankful to God it is neither. I don't fully understand what you mean by our "effeminate 501(c)3 preacher"? We do have one guest preacher who plays the piano for us who comes across as "effeminate" due to his Down's syndrome. His wife who is also in our video's has Down's syndrome too!
Well that maybe be so but where talking about North Korea here ..... Its a fact that there ideas are soooooooo 1960/1988.... And this just doesnt work anymore in 2012 ...
Well, neoliberal economic system (the most common system in the world and the USA favorite) got stronger & more vicious around those same years. And, by the way, capitalism stopped working just a little after the industrial revolution. It's just dragging everyone in poverty & social injustice.
@boonies4u They use pretty old airplanes, so if you want comfort, i reccomend you another airline if there are any. I organized it from the North Korean official website, there you can find information, they plan travels
What is the purpose of a job? What is accomplished by having ajob. If it would make you happy for me to have a job, then I will get one. I will still be the same man. I will still uphold the same positions, and same beliefs. Me uaving a job will not turn me capitalist.
Don't mind that question i asked you earlier. I already knew that you did not know the answer. Please continue to admit your problems and together we can educate you.
@fruitygumball Haha, awesome statement! You know the Dear and Great leader can do anything! Although remember neither is dearer or greater than the other ;).
The way things are going now with peninsula tensions and America getting more and more involved the fate of the DPRK is uncertain. It will be a shame to see the last stanlinistic state to fall (from an sociological perspective)
