The West is set to face tit-for-tat amid reports of their troops fighting Ukraine's battle against Russia. Last week, Russia and North Korea signed a NATO-like pact during Vladimir Putin's visit. In response to that, Pyongyang announced that it will be sending troops in the form of a military engineering unit to support Russian forces in Donetsk. The troops are expected to arrive on the battlefield as soon as next month.
