Court records show they let him go.. “ The court record shows that the case was dismissed because the victim wasn’t cooperating with authorities.” The authorities need to be dismissed from their job title. We need people who will take this seriously. “He wasn’t supposed to have a gun” maybe the the violent charges would indicate he’s a loose cannon 🙄

So he was 47& she was 24?? I'm sorry, but what does a 47 year old man, have in common with a 24 year old?? Then, he took out her daughter, other family members. Then, the neighbor who tried to help, & his family.. This is so tragic. Sometimes you just gotta call 911 as a neighbor, & for your own safety. Its a very very old thing..that you do not get in the fight..because angry people are just that ANGRY!! Call the police...or if you can distract the person..in a manner to get the hell away then that's another thing...Its even risky when the authorities come but guess what they have the means to stop the person with force and they have back up from other officers.. I think its wrong to tell people that are not aware of what going on to get in- the situation. To me the innocent is likely to be harmed. You have to figure that if the people that are in the fight/ problem...they know each other/ the people involved have awareness of each other and if you do not have back up..... One has to really think... This killer went after the mans mother and sister...so all of them where put in danger....as well. This is not a tv show....its domestic violence in the raw.
