North Malay Basin - Phase 4 Project: Platform (Teratai-C) Safely and Successfully Installed 

The last NMB Phase 4A platform (Teratai-C) was safely and successfully installed at the NMB field. Great effort from our team, contractors and vendors on this major milestone achievement with zero lost time injury (LTI). This installation campaign concluded with "Back Home Safely Campaign.”
Hess is an established operator and key gas supplier to Peninsular Malaysia and Thailand. The Hess-operated North Malay Basin is a development of 10 discovered gas fields in the Malay Basin. Phase 1 of full field development achieved first gas in 2017, just three years after sanction. Full field development Phase 1 achieved first production gas in 2017, Phase 2 achieved first gas in 2019 and both Phase 3 and Phase 4 achieved first gas in 2022.
