What happened to the business that used to be there? Did they move or go bankrupt? It maybe a clue as to why they left that particular area. Crime?

There are so many entrepreneur programs in Minnesota, all it takes is a good business plan. I know this because my sister is a entrepreneur instructor, this young man must have had a good business plan
