i want to get over my fear of conflict and i want to have the confidence to give the “middle finger” to people instead of going along with what i don’t truthfully agree with.

This was extremely helpful as a mother with a loving, sweet, and a tad clingy daughter with her north node in the first house in cancer. I definitely want to help her grow and accomplish everything she came here to do and to NOT be a relationship she craves but fails to provide. Especially having experienced that myself.

I have NN in first house Gemini, conjunct natal Moon and Ascendant. It's been challenging for me to learn to be alone, yet relationships are never good, as you said, they leave me unfulfilled because they've mostly been toxic. Wow, it's helping me to understand myself... I have a north node sag in 1st house while south node gemini in 7th house. Starting last year, I've poured a lot of energy to my relationships compared to my career and my self. I've questioned why relationships always fail and I feel like unsatisfied.. Like there is a void. . Since I was on my early teens, I've questioned my purpose in this life and who I really am. Even last night, I thought about am I losing myself for a relationship again or should I avoid getting into relationships as of the moment and to focus on me more? I have this placement and it's been a nightmare since my 1st Saturn Return. My NN is in 1st house in Cancer and that means I have to stay home all the time. I guess I wanted to make sure I really would follow my NN this lifetime because I'm bedridden with chronic illness and pain. I hate it but it's my life and I gotta make the best of it.

it’s so funny how life works. i have bpd and literally can’t exist alone, super dependent on EVERYONE: family, partners, friends… yet i do feel being on my own and trying to become independent gives me more success in life. it’s super hard tho. loneliness gives me massive anxiety which almost psychosis-like. i literally dont know when im hungry or tired, i could’ve went weeks without eating properly (i can’t eat alone, i’m a social eater) so it’s been a hard time to even understand these basic physiological processes. i hope i’ll get into therapy one day or grow stronger myself, because it’s literally hell right now 😭😭 also which is worse: my parents are quite abusive + moon in 4th house with many terrible aspects :_) my emotions are the worst. im glad i’ve found astrology. thanks for making it even more clear for me! hope you succeed in life ~

My Aquarius north node is in an intercepted sign in my first house. Weird. I don't understand intercepted signs. I like what you said about imagining what it would be like to be alone in order to help myself break away from what others expect of me. My moon in 12th loves solitude, so I guess that helps. I wish I resonated with this, but I actually prefer being single and I've always done things alone. I lose myself in relationships and prefer being single. However, I was always in a relationship in my 20's so it's possible I've mastered reaching my North Node in the 1st house of Pisces. I'm much more spiritual now.

I have Scorpio (1H North Node) at 5 degrees conjunct my Ascendant at 5 degrees. I’m also an Aries Sun. I’m the most independent and rebellious person I know 😅 My friendships weren’t so great when I was young because I didn’t fit in but they’re amazing now. It’s easy for me to make friends as an adult in my late 20s, I’m pretty popular. People see me as always trying something new and random. I’ve never dated, haven’t had any opportunities. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever date, maybe guys are scared of me?

I'm Carrickfergus north node so with the state of the works and USA specifically California, this is completely terrifying and even before I knew about this life path I am on I've anyways struggled deeply with a fear of failure ending up homeless and broke and never being able to achieve success and independence but now that I know I am considering all the options and trying to make the best choices.
