Great sights on the hike. I really like the area you had for camp the view over the lake is a nice one to wake up to. Our last trip to Kaaterskill falls was the 1st time I hiked in from the top.
@DragonRoams It's a great campsite. My son and I stayed in July and then I did this solo a few weeks ago. It's really great for the family. Definitely stay there if you haven't before.
hello again! This almost looks like the spot near ours when we were on the weekend of the 22nd. Were you in the 60s/70s lot for this? missing it already!
@LazyBushcrafters This was spot 147 in Loop 5, in September. In July we stayed in spot 149. 147, 148, 149 are all amazing sites. In July we had the full moon and last month the sky was clear with a billion stars when I went solo.
