at 9:50 on... the judge tries to enter a plea for the defendant which he rejects and he puts surety on the judge with a counter offer! I am going to bring a document of intent to plead guilty pre prepared and unsigned and hand it to the Crown and Court Clerk when the judge asks how I plea he will have my document which takes his ability to enter a plea for me away.A judge can only enter a plea on behalf of the accused only if a plea cannot be ascertained of if the accused refuses to enter one! LoL! Also...If a judge enters a plea of not guilty for the accused he is practicing law from the bench and making a judicial determination that the accused is innocent of the charge is he not?
Yes Judge enters plea, he should have said well, i dont consent that you enter a plea on behalf of the defendant. You really shouldnt go into a court without a contract. If you dont, best be on your game orally. Listen to everything being "offered" and be ready to "counteroffer"
10:40 Forgive me your honor, nah im not going to... be quiet for a minute bahahahaha judge is awesomely funny !!! love it....that whole back and forth was great. nope im not taking liability, your disputing liability.
Some of the thoughts and questions here may seem like there was no success , however ask the man yourself, i mean, he walked out of there, when in fact if it was a regular joe he would have went away for a while. Now, he spent 1.5months or a bit longer by a week in custody, however for 2yrs plus he was out and about doing his thing. He did not show up to court trials, he did not show up to probation, like once and than contracted his way out. He was very Green going in, no pun intended. He learned quite quickly once he was brought into custody because he had to force himself to learn the oral contracting techniques. At the end, im not sure it was mentioned but the judge at the end wore not robe. Now this has been discussed with a few ppl and it has been said, that no robes usually only occur during conferences only. They are to wear their robes for criminal matters. Now, no robe means private side, the room was packed full of lawyers that day, with another justice watching as well. They were all there to watch the show. Not only did she wear no robe but retired on his case. So, you telling me there was no success ? need transcripts, headphones no working or you not able to make out every word that is being said? its not what they say in court, ok, make sure you get that in your head, not what they say but what they do.
Yes, he should have, i think he got distracted by the offer to give time served but i think he missed that one. Either way he didnt stay in jail long for trafficking drugs and also missing probation and many other trial dates and another possession charge and the list goes one he should have went away for alot longer but judge at end made a good argument for freeing him
It's an interesting listen and if you know what's actually happening you can hear why and how he got convicted with time served. He did NOT walk out of court free as he was on probation with restrictions that he consented to comply with. That only granted them further jurisdiction over him should he fuck up again later,
He obviously already lost, he is on probation. His claims about a $5 million contract is total crap, contracts require both sides to agree. He lost the case and was sentenced to time served.
So you are saying that what you posted as proof of your claims has no basis of being proof? Did you think before you posted this? The information in the video is that he was found guilty and sentenced to time served. Did you even watch the video?
So, AGAIN, you posted a video that supports my claims and not yours. He never could have collected on the $5 million, the court never agreed to that 'contract'. What do you think he "did" and where is the proof that he "did" anything?
