Our video is a guided walk in the beautiful dale of Rosedale on the North York Moors. We start at Rosedale Abbey the only village in Rosedale and head along the side of the valley with the River Seven below to Dale Head Farm. We return on the old dismantled railway passing the ruins of East Mines and alongside the River Seven. This is an easy to moderate walk on mainly tracks and quiet dead end roads with one steep incline to the old railway line.
