As a northeast artist EVA JAMIR and some other artists too should learn to sing their own NAGA OR REGIONAL SONG . in order to promote our culture and heritage especially in such occasions. English song is something which we already heard even in other festivals we should ignore it during such festival and fully takeover with our cultural stuff like folk song, cultural dance,regional songs etc. We don't have such chance/opportunity to promote our regional songs. I don't appreciate western songs in such kind of occasions or Festivals ✌️ as an artist we should know it when to promote and when to in use such festival to expose our rich culture, language and regional songs to the world . No hate but love, peace ✌️
The Music Industry in Nagaland (TAFMa) instead of Producing Naga Musicians they do self Production having a few Selected Musicians from Kohima and Angamis.
I just think that, we the NorthEast should have our own anthem when we go out and perform to the world ‼️we are truly unique and Bless ‼️ Glory to God 🙏🏼....
The perfect quote for northeast would be Unity we stand divided we fall. What a wonderful program it is bringing all the northeast celebrities together in one platform, enhancing their skills and talents far away from their hometwown. Why don't we think of coming up with a common dress code for all the Northeast. The dress code can be design with all the seven Northeast traditional attire in one way or the other style.
And please no more Tetseo sisters. They are just a pop group in a different clothing. There are a plethora of genuine village singing/ dancing groups from Nagaland who sing and dance like our forefather's time. Show them the real Us. Stop using pop culture/song arrangements on our traditional songs. There's a place and time for that too. Show our real culture and traditions. All gore, blood, tears and sweat. Mix up a little but display our true vibrant colours. This is all over again a friggin' Handshake show. Same group, same people - money!! Below averages!
This has to be one of the most pathetic display of culture and tradition. From this we can make out that there is a huge confusion of how we want to be portrayed. Children singing 'Hankunamata', rappers and pop singers, fashion show showcasing altered traditional attires and our very own T Sisters singing God knows what???..... but I suppose we are all confused
I don't think this will have much impact and attract thai people, they are well advance in fashion, music, entertainments. Anyway it must have been a good exposure and learning trip for our people who went there.
Watch different videos in different channel. There is no audience, look like only officials and participants in the function/festivals. Empty hall you can see in others channel.
Firstly, if its North East Festival, where are the other NE states performers? Or was it a particular Nagaland state performance night? If its about promoting culture, except for some, most part of the festival was nothing about promotion of culture, rather showing a distorted masala culture. TAFMA should make sure to represent the unique culture and tradition in its truest sense. Folk songs, dances, tales and attires can be showcased beautifully. Also, before taking any big project as this, go through a proper screening process, where the most deserving ones get the opportunity. By the way, Bangkok can afford international artistes if its about western music.
I truly agree with your opinion! I don't see other States participation when it is called as Northeast Festival. Most of the participants are from Nagaland. Im not against it, but all the states should be given the opportunity...in all the field like Music, Dance and Fashion. I see only Nagaland, Assam, Meghalaya..
Is true that 😀😀😀 when all the neighboring states bring gold 🏆medal🏅 from CWG bringing pride for the state and for the country, I heard that all our nagaland brothers and sisters went for Bangkok trips............ One way it's a good things and meanwhile it's a shameful things as well......

Traditional show was Good 👍 But WTF who are those artist? Unwanted talents were taken this time. The northeast festival 2022 Thailand is FLOP. Art and culture platform ok ok but atleast take some real talented youths not them, shame for Nagaland 👎👎👎 Dancers - flop Singers - flop
Very talented, but altering all our traditional attires is sad. Attires worn on the waist are draped on the shoulders is so wrong because all our traditional attires have meanings and every design has a story 😞
Instead of wasting resources on unnecessary celebrations and festivals invest the resources on sports infrastructures, music academy/institutions, job oriented trainings/ facilities, roads and communications, health and education institutions etc that will help give real economic freedom to all.

I'm so sorry but honestly Tetseo sisters lip synced the song.. For me that's and insult to the viewers and the crowd paying huge amount of money to go see the shows as well as to people like me taking out time and watching the vids 😂.. jokes.. But honestly they lip-synced and that's awful of them.
All of them are looking great but i am not much interested why we naga modified our beautiful traditional attire,wearing like gown or skirt ......♥️♥️♥️
