I am from Goa.India.we mostly Christians eat lot of pork for feasts and festivals.we also make pork sausage,sorotel, vindaloo etc .Thanks for your receipe.I will definately try it.

I came to guwahati from bengal three years back due to deputation of company.Three of my bengali colleagues went back but I stayed here because I fell in love with assam. It's climate, topography, culture and most importantly it's food. Assamese cuisine are different and versatile like our bengal. And bengalis always stays where food are great. I will try to make it for sure. I never miss Kolkata. Adorable Assam.
