This guy is a "bin buster" and the driver could never get out and help because those bins are done before he could put on the hand brake. He has one bin on each shoulder and tips them both into the hopper at the same time!! He is so skinny, he looks like a matchstick with the wood scraped off and yet he has so much energy. When that tailgate came down and the show was over I WAS EXHAUSTED but I can't wait for part 2 .
Young Alex loves a good dance around with the bins on the rear loaders haha I was waiting for him to pull off a double at 4:35, surprised he even used the lifter a couple times towards the end! Don't let 5:50 fool you that he's strong, it was a very light bin :P How about the customer service at 3:48 too, what a gentleman =D Cool how the driver can operate the packer from inside the cab, I know there's a switch in there to use during unloading, but didn't know you could use it at any time. Cool catch of this bright truck mate, with some entertaining bin swinging and clattering bottles, a very enjoyable watch!
Yeh, Alex is a fast runner. I also found it cool the driver was able to operate the compactor from inside the cab, do you know if many other RLs have that? Cheers for the comment Mitch.
@@SlamminEagle I think pretty much all new rear loaders have cab controls for the packer, but usually you can only use them when the tailgate is open, at least that's the case with Bucher. Only other trucks that come to mind where the driver can pack on the run is those WM rear loaders in Melbourne that do clean-up.
Great video, can't wait for part 2. Cool truck and runner; man he's fast. Found it interesting how the compactor either runs automatically or controlled from the cab without the runner's interaction. It means he can keep doing his job without needing to slow down and cycle the truck. Would have to keep your wits about you however not knowing when it might start. Nice hopper shot too btw at 5:50 .
