Great scenery. Train operates 3 times a week. Tickets from $85 to $220 and takes around 10 and a half hours.

I was on this trip. Exciting, seeing myself a couple of times in the video, albeit briefly.

Love the Rangitikei River viaducts and views. Cookie time Dc3 gone by the looks.
