What I have been reading is that it may become another student accommodation site. Whether that comes to pass remains to be seen. I'll be curious as to what happens. I'm not going to speculate, but keeping it somehow economically viable is what I'd like to see. Being vacant is a waste of a good building, but something that somehow contributes is reasonable...
